Mapping the Opportunity for Engaged & Wedding Marketing

How we can Visualize the number of wedding prospects?

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, it’s easy to dismiss the opportunity for marketing to first-time home buyers and specifically wedding or engaged couples. If we don’t immediately know someone getting married, it might seem a bit distant.

I usually recommend calling few real estate agent partners and float the idea and gauge their reaction. You’ll be surprised.

A more statistical method is to look at the numbers, especially the numbers reachable on social media ad platforms.
